Srl sono soggette al meccanismo dello Split Payment<\/strong>\u00a0(scissione dei pagamenti) ai sensi dell\u2019art. 17 \u2013 ter, comma 1-bis, lett. b) del DPR 633\/72 con le esclusioni previste dalla legge vigente. Si fa presente che a partire da tale data le fatture emesse nei confronti di A.G.I.R.E. Srl senza l\u2019applicazione della scissione dei pagamenti non potranno essere n\u00e9 processate n\u00e9 liquidate e pertanto saranno respinte. Srl a partire dal 1 gennaio 2019 ai sensi della normativa vigente (Cod.
